Conroe · Montgomery County · Greater Houston

Commercial real estate, handled like the asset matters.

Dow Real Estate Group represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers across industrial, office and retail property in Conroe and the greater Houston market. Evidence-based pricing, serious marketing, and a broker who returns the call.

Who we are

A brokerage built around the work most brokers skip.

Dow Real Estate Group is a commercial brokerage based in Conroe, Texas, led by Jacob Dow and affiliated with CB&A Commercial.

The practice covers industrial, office and retail property across Montgomery County and the greater Houston market, on both sides of the table: landlord and tenant representation, sale transactions, and investment sales. Deal sizes run from small suite leases through land tracts and income property.

What actually separates the work is diligence and marketing. Every Dow property gets a written file: ownership, deed chain, comparable evidence, and the open risks named out loud rather than smoothed over. Every listing gets real photography, a real offering package and direct broker outreach, produced in house through Marathon Creative. And every number published carries a source, because a comp that turns out to be a guess costs a client more than no comp at all.

What we do

Four service lines, one standard of work.

Representation on either side of a lease or a sale, and underwriting on income property that comes from the lease documents rather than a marketing proforma.

01

Landlord Representation

Position the space, reach the real tenant pool, and hold the deal terms that protect the asset.

02

Tenant Representation

Find the right space, understand what the lease actually costs, and negotiate from evidence.

03

Buyer and Seller Representation

Commercial sale transactions handled with the diligence they deserve, from pricing through close.

04

Investment Sales

Income property acquisition and disposition, underwritten on what the rent roll actually supports.

Why Conroe

The county seat of one of the fastest-growing counties in Texas.

Courthouse traffic

Conroe is the Montgomery County seat. The courthouse anchors a daily flow of legal, title, insurance and professional-services users into the downtown core, which is why downtown office and retail space here behaves differently from suburban product.

I-45 and SH 105

Interstate 45 runs north to south through the market, connecting Houston and the Dallas corridor. State Highway 105 carries the east-west movement, including Highway 105 Business straight through downtown.

An active cultural district

The Historic Downtown Cultural District has drawn sustained public and private investment: theatres, restaurants, civic offices and street-level retail inside a walkable grid of historic low-rise buildings.
